Section​ ​2.​ ​Annual​ ​Meetings v1

• An​ ​annual​ ​meeting​ ​of​ ​the​ ​members​ ​shall​ ​take​ ​place​ ​in​ ​the​ ​month​ ​of​ ​April,​ ​the​ ​specific date,​ ​time​ ​, and​ ​location​ ​will​ ​be​ ​designated​ ​by​ ​the​ ​EC.​ ​At​ ​the​ ​annual​ ​meeting,​ ​the members​ ​shall​ ​elect​ ​officers,​ ​receive​ ​reports​ ​on​ ​the​ ​activities​ ​of​ ​the​ ​LZAA,​ ​conduct membership​ ​business,​ ​and​ ​determine​ ​the​ ​direction​ ​of​ ​the​ ​LZAA​ ​for​ ​the​ ​coming​ ​year.

• An​ ​annual​ ​meeting​ ​of​ ​the​ ​members​ ​shall​ ​take​ ​place​ in the second quarter of the calendar year, aka the last Quarter of service for incumbent Executive Committee members. This meeting must occur prior to June 30th. Exceptions to this date are allowed in the event of Acts of God or Nature — a hazard outside human control for which no person can be held responsible. 

• The​ ​specific date,​ ​time​ ​, and​ ​location​ ​will​ ​be​ ​designated​ ​and socialized by​ ​the​ incumbent ​EC.​ At​ ​the​ ​annual​ ​meeting,​ ​the members​ ​shall​ ​elect​ ​officers,​ ​receive​ ​reports​ ​on​ ​the​ ​activities​ ​of​ ​the​ ​LZAA,​ ​conduct membership​ ​business,​ ​and​ ​determine​ ​the​ ​direction​ ​of​ ​the​ ​LZAA​ ​for​ ​the​ ​coming​ ​year.

• All​ ​issues​ ​to​ ​be​ ​voted​ ​on​ ​shall​ ​be​ ​decided​ ​by​ ​a​ ​simple​ ​majority​ ​of​ ​members​ ​in​ ​good standing​ ​present​ ​at​ ​the​ ​meeting​ ​or​ ​eligible​ ​proxy​ ​votes​ ​in​ ​which​ ​the​ ​vote​ ​takes​ ​place.
